All purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except as described in this policy or as required by applicable law.

2. Crystal Package Refunds

No Refunds on Completed Purchases: Once a Crystal package is purchased and the Crystals are successfully added to your account, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

Payment Processing Issues: If you were charged but did not receive your Crystals due to a technical error, please contact us immediately at frozengineer@gmail.com. We will investigate and either credit your account with the purchased Crystals or process a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Note: Crystals are a virtual currency with no expiration date. They can be used anytime to unlock premium chapters and content. Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not provided once Crystals are successfully delivered to your account.

3. Chapter Purchase Refunds

Digital Content: Once you purchase a chapter using Crystals, the content becomes immediately accessible. Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, chapter purchases are non-refundable.

Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation.

4. Service Failures

If you experience a service failure that prevents you from receiving the product you paid for, we will investigate and take appropriate action:

Content Access Issues

If you cannot access content you have legitimately purchased due to a bug or server issue on our end, we will restore your access or refund the Crystals spent.

Payment Errors

If you are charged multiple times for a single purchase due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charges.
